As I’m sitting here trying to think about what to write, I’m really at a loss for ideas. I haven’t been working out as much as I should, and I’ve been eating like crap. I could make up a bunch of excuses… but really, there aren’t any. Therefore, I have compiled a list of my excuses that I have used this week, and found a way around them.
1- One of my good friends is moving, and since she taught at my gym, there’s really no need to go since she’s not teaching.
~ You have other great instructors there, who are also friends of yours. Just go!
2. Too much work- no time!
~ make time! you don’t have to take a class… go run on the treadmill
3. My aunt had her baby… need to spend more time with her and the baby!
~ask one of your other family members to spend time with her for a couple of hours… or work out when you’re at her house!
There is NO NEED for excuses…. just DO IT.
